Day 1: Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership
This is a a one-day workshop delivered by Karen Ardley Associates and accredited by the Royal Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This is an innovative and unique professional qualification, designed specifically for sixth form students, to develop their knowledge and understanding of the principles of management and leadership whilst also providing the opportunity to achieve an internationally recognised management and leadership qualification. Day 2: Leadership Workshops
Workshops will include:
- Intro to Coaching
- "Making a stamp"
- Sharing ideas and initiatives amongst schools
- How to manage a team
In the evening, students will be transported to the Old Town where they will have free time to explore and socialise.Day 3: Public Speaking
Students will begin the day by participating in a public speaking workshop. Ten students will then have the opportunity to deliver a speech on a chosen theme (TBC). The event will be live streamed via the BSB YouTube channel for the delegates' schools to watch.
The programme will finish at 1:30pm to allow time for students to travel home.
Please note, participants will be supervised by colleagues from the British School of Bucharest during the workshops, however they will be unsupervised in the evening.
