Mangahigh Maths Challenge
Over 10 days, students around the world will compete to become a Maths Champion. Using the Mangahigh platform, students will complete maths activities to score individual points which will contribute to their school’s tally.
Students can access the activities at home or in school, so the challenge can be used in lessons, for homework, or simply for fun.
Teachers can assign activities to students aligning to their classroom focus so they can master their current maths topics in a fun and competitive way. The platform's AI algorithm also recommends activities to students based on their age and previous performance so students are always engaged and motivated.
Who can enter?
This competition is open to all COBIS schools. We recognise that this is a challenging time for schools worldwide and so for this year, a limited number of spaces are also available for FOBISIA, BSME, LAHC and AoBSO schools, allowing even more students to enjoy and benefit from this opportunity.
Key Competition Dates
Free access to Mangahigh begins on Monday 18 January 2021. This allows students and teachers to familiarise themselves with the software before the competition.
Training webinars on how to use the platform will also be available the week before the competition for teachers wanting to know how to get the most out of Mangahigh and the competition.
The competition will take place between Monday 1 and Wednesday 10 February 2021.
