Beacon Schools
The COBIS network contains a vast amount of best practice, innovation and excellence. This quality is highlighted through the COBIS Accreditation and Compliance process, where schools can be awarded Beacon School status.
Beacon Status schools have demonstrated excellence in specific aspects of, or the whole of a particular standard, and are committed to sharing their best practice with other schools around the world. We encourage Member Schools to identify aspects of their own development where they might benefit from learning from schools with Beacon Status.
