Why we should develop life skills in our curriculum and how to do it

In a world where AI can recall facts faster than anyone, what truly sets our students apart is their ability to adapt, solve problems and persevere. This session explores why life skills, from teamwork to financial literacy, are becoming the real measure of success and how schools can make these skills a living part of everyday learning. There are skills every child should practise before they leave school. We’ll show practical ways to start embedding them into daily school life.

Employers around the world are voicing the same concern: many bright young recruits lack the resilience, initiative and people skills needed to thrive in modern workplaces. Together, we'll work out ways to make sure your pupils start their journey young and leave your school ready to fly with independence, confidence and resilience.

This webinar is led by Dawn Waugh, Founder of Junior Duke Award.
