Using SIMS and CATS to Set Targets

This webinar demonstrates the use of SIMS (School Information Management Systems), which uses targets to track progress, and monitors progress using the red, amber, green colour scheme, as well as warboards (work, action, result) combined with Moodle.

The session breaks down the weekly steps so that key people in the process are involved and aware of their own roles and responsibilities.
