Supporting Students with Career Choices. The World is their Oyster!

Students of today are a generation born during times of huge global change. 65% are likely to work in jobs that currently don't exist. They will more likely be a portfolio CV generation, changing not simply work spaces but also careers more than previous generations. In a landscape which we struggle to define, we continue to ask “what do you want to do when you leave school?”, often creating anxiety, confusion and pressure. What could it look like if we were to change the approach and question to “who do you want to become?”.
