Sleep; The Low Hanging Fruit of Wellbeing

This session looks at the science of sleep and how it links to the wellbeing of both staff and students in our schools. Although we all take for granted our need to sleep, the study of sleep is not a big bang science BUT this session will place an awareness on the “superpowers” of sleep.

We discuss its importance within the context of the psychology of how we learn but also within the context of the wellbeing of our respective school communities. It highlights current research in concluding the practical steps that can foster sleep hygiene for staff and students alike.

This webinar is presented by Mark Healy, Director of Studies at the British School of Bucharest.
