Penguin Leadership

The webinar highlights a range of educational leadership styles and approaches for schools and college leaders around the world. It focuses on how leaders feel about, and reflect upon, their leadership in practice. It especially explores a notion of "Penguin Leadership". Unlikely as it seems, the webinar examines what all educational leaders can learn from the behaviour of penguins! This session is led by Mark Thomas, Academic Lecture on the MA in Educational Leadership for NITE (National Institute of Teaching and Education), which is part of Coventry University, England.
