How can the Arts not just survive but thrive in times of COVID? How can leaders provide a vibrant, purposeful and future-proof Arts curriculum whilst keeping learning safe? What role can Drama, Dance, Music and Visual Art play in supporting the well-being of a school community during challenging times?
This session supports leaders in considering and implementing a range of practical responses to Arts delivery in these times of change. Using the case study of the Alice Smith School in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, whose Creative and Expressive Arts Faculty use a range of innovative approaches to online learning, participants gain a wealth of ideas and approaches for keeping the Arts alive in their school communities.
