A crisis happens suddenly, without warning...but how can we plan for this?

After 6 years of leading a school in crisis-stricken Venezuela from 2014 to 2020, arguably the most challenging headship anywhere in the world during that period, this session presents actual real-life examples that took place (e.g. major protests, kidnapping, hyperinflation, attempted coup, medicine shortages, food shortages, power outages and many more). It looks at how to cope with uncertainty and how to plan for any emergencies.
