More than 600 delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and guests came together for the 44th COBIS Annual Conference in London for three inspiring days of collaboration, reflection, and meaningful discussion across the international school community. Conference participants represented schools and organisations from 65 countries worldwide, united through this year’s conference theme: “Listen. Learn. Lead.”
Throughout the conference, delegates explored key topics shaping the future of international education, including leadership, governance, safeguarding, wellbeing, artificial intelligence, accreditation, and professional development.
The conference programme featured inspiring keynote sessions and discussions from internationally recognised speakers and thought leaders, including:

A defining moment of the conference came during the Student Voice panel, where students shared honest and thought-provoking reflections on social media, mental health, artificial intelligence, inclusion, and psychological safety in schools. Their message was clear: education with impact begins by listening.
From keynote sessions and interactive workshops to conversations continuing long beyond the conference programme itself, the event highlighted the strength of the COBIS community, warm, welcoming, forward-thinking, and united by a shared commitment to supporting young people around the world.
