The COBIS Conference for Bursars, Business Managers and HR Staff was held in London on 7-8 February 2019. It attracted more than 70 colleagues from schools in 33 different countries, including Singapore, Mexico, Sweden, Bangladesh and Nigeria.

The programme included presentations on key topics relevant to Finance, Business and HR staff, including Mental Health and Wellbeing, Safer Recruitment, Managing Data, and School Growth and Development. Delegates enjoyed the opportunity to share best practice during panel and roundtable discussions. The conference dinner, held at the Tower Hotel, allowed delegates to network with international colleagues whilst enjoying a stunning view of Tower Bridge.
