UUKi is the collective voice of 140 universities across the UK. They represent the interests of their members abroad as well as at home. A dedicated team manages international activities on behalf of all members. UUKi is the only body that represents UK-wide universities internationally.

The British Universities' International Liaison Association (BUILA) is a UK-wide, membership-led organisation supporting the work and professional interests of staff working in international recruitment and liaison at UK higher educational institutions.

The UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA) is a charity and membership organisation supporting international students and all who work with them. They provide a range of advice for international students, including Brexit, immigration, fees and wellbeing. Their training provides skills and support for colleagues in universities, schools, colleges and students' unions.

UCAS, the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service, is an independent charity, and the UK's shared admissions service for higher education. Their services support young people making post-18 choices, as well as mature learners, by providing information, advice, and guidance to inspire and facilitate educational progression to university, college, or a degree apprenticeship.

The British Council support peace and prosperity by building connections, understanding and trust between people in the UK and countries worldwide. They work directly with individuals to help them gain the skills, confidence and connections to transform their lives and shape a better world in partnership with the UK. They also work with governments and our partners in the education, English language and cultural sectors, in the UK and globally.

The Times Higher Education Counsellor Accreditation Programme (THE CAP) is designed for counsellors working in high schools from all over the world who provide advice to students on career and university selection. Counsellors do not need any previous qualifications or minimum experience in the industry to complete the programme. They do however need to be actively working at a specific school and have an official school email address. Once the counsellor has gained the THE CAP Accreditation, the school will also become a THE Accredited Counsellor School for the duration of time the counsellor is working there and accredited.

THE recognise that counsellors play a truly pivotal role in helping students make life changing decisions on their future studies and careers, and this programme aims to enable their development as practitioners. Through innovative content, expert-generated resources, thought-provoking discussions, and unparalleled access to industry-led best practices, this is an accreditation programme that is truly relevant and valued by the education sector.
