It is important that each guest contacts the hotel by Jan 18, 2026 and identify themselves as part of NSIAI Conference 2026 and provide a guest name, home or business address, email address (if any), requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e. king, queen, check-in and check-out dates. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call/email.
