The COBIS Inclusion and Belonging Conference 2025 is an online event dedicated to exploring equity, diversity, and inclusion across international schools and education. This conference will bring together teachers, SENCOs, DEIJB leaders, administrators, and advocates to explore a wide range of critical topics, including equitable recruitment practices, the protection and promotion of human rights, and the importance of embracing neurodiversity both in the classroom and workplace and inclusive curriculum design. Through a series of thought-provoking sessions and discussions, participants will gain practical insights and strategies for creating environments where every individual feels respected, valued, and empowered to thrive. Whether you are a leader, practitioner, or ally, this event offers a meaningful opportunity to engage with current issues, share best practices, and contribute to building inclusive spaces where belonging is more than a goal—it is a shared responsibility.

Location: Online

Dates/Times: 18-19 November 2025. Live sessions will run between 9am and 4pm UK time with recordings available to registered delegates.
