The COBIS Affiliate School Programme (CASP) is a new quality assurance and school improvement initiative developed by COBIS to support qualifying internationally minded schools that aspire to be awarded COBIS Accreditation and Compliance status. CASP provides a structured, developmental approach to school improvement for ambitious schools worldwide.

Key Programme Information
- Programme Duration: January – May 2026
- Pilot Cost: £995 per school (+VAT if applicable) (CASP pilot schools will also have access to a preferential CASP rate for the 2026 COBIS Annual Conference)
- Delivery: 8 online modules and collaborative MS Teams platform and an individual school presentation based around practical implementation of course content. Plus, opportunity for in person session at the COBIS Annual Conference in May 2026
- Session Themes Include: - Introduction & Knowledge Sharing -Safeguarding & Safer Recruitment - Leadership & Governance - Health & Safety – Curriculum, Learning & Teaching -Student Wellbeing
