Founding Members of the British International Schools Safeguarding Coalition (BISSC) are delighted to announce the launch of the BISSC Safer Recruitment Code of Conduct - a landmark framework designed to further support, promote and strengthen safeguarding standards across international schools.
We are thrilled to announce a partnership between the Council of British International Schools (COBIS) and The Association of International Schools of India (TAISI), two organisations that are passionate about safeguarding, child protection and supporting schools to connect and raise standards in education.
In line with our mission to support and empower all British international schools in their provision of high-quality education, the Council of British International Schools (COBIS) has refreshed our COBIS Accreditation and Compliance Standards, which were officially released in January 2025.
