The COBIS executive team thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful evening hosted at the Ambassador’s Residence at the British Embassy in Cairo, bringing together leaders from schools across Egypt, prospective schools, as well as colleagues from the British Council and partners across curriculum and assessment bodies, including OxfordAQA, Cambridge International Education and Pearson.
The event created a rich and diverse space for connection, conversation and enabled schools and partners to engage more deeply with COBIS and with one another.

Guests were warmly welcomed by the British Ambassador to Egypt, Mr Mark Bryson-Richardson. From the COBIS team, Mick Smith, Director of Accreditation at COBIS, Dr Maria Osoweicki, Assistant Director of Accreditation and Deniece Wheeler, Global Development Director at COBIS, were in attendance and played a key role in leading discussions, strengthening relationships across the British international education community. We were pleased to welcome a number of our valued members who joined us for the evening. Their continued engagement and participation are greatly appreciated.
We look forward to continued collaboration and to further strengthening the British international education professional community in Egypt.
