COBIS Accredited Member (CIS)
If you are a recognised CIS Accredited school, you can apply to become a COBIS Accredited Member (CIS).
Becoming a COBIS Accredited Member (CIS)
We spoke to Belinda Yates, Executive Head of the International School of Flanders, about their decision to join COBIS via the CIS Accredited route, and the impact membership has had on the school.
Where your school has had a joint NEASC/CIS visit, you may apply for COBIS Accredited Member (NEASC/CIS) status.
When COBIS accredited schools apply for CIS membership, the most recent COBIS accreditation report can be used to accelerate the eligibility stage of the membership process. This enables a COBIS accredited school to quickly advance to the next stages, sharing their reflections and completing the virtual membership visit. COBIS accredited schools can choose to complete CIS International Accreditation after becoming a member.
