Pricing for Schools 2024/25

The primary route to COBIS membership is through COBIS Accreditation and Compliance. 

COBIS Accreditation (Two-Parts): Fees start from £13,180, with further costs depending on additional sections and visit fees.

COBIS Accreditation (One-Part): Fees start from £11,461, with further costs depending on additional sections and visit fees.

COBIS Compliance: Fees start from £6,301, with further costs depending on additional sections and visit fees.

Schools can apply for COBIS membership using their existing BSO, CIS, ISI, NEASC, WASC or OEAS inspection or accreditation.

The COBIS membership application fee for new members is £359. Annual school membership fees are calculated on a per pupil basis. Use the calculator above to see how much COBIS membership might cost you.

Once your application is approved, the annual school membership fees are payable. These will be pro-rated depending on when the school joins. Our financial year is 1 September – 31 August. If your school is due to open its doors within the next 2 years, you can apply for Provisional school membership.

Provisional School application fee is £342.

Provisional School fee is £1,730

Total payable on application: £2,072

Provisional school extension fee (12 months): £525
