Supporting Associates are welcome to promote their status with COBIS through the use of our logo. We also promote our Supporting Associates and recognise the contribution they make to our network through our Supporting Associate of the Year Award.

Termly Update of Schools

Supporting Associates have access to an Excel file which includes information about our schools such as name, address and pupil age range. This can be used for data research and to contact schools in a targeted way.

Access to support provided by the Department for International Trade

COBIS is proud to work with the Department for International Trade as a Trade Challenge Partner. This enables Supporting Associates to access quality information and services about opportunities available in international markets.

We encourage our Supporting Associates to get involved through exhibiting, submitting proposals, sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

Priority Booking for Conferences

Supporting Associates receive priority booking for conference exhibitions including the COBIS Annual Conference. You will be the first to know which of our conferences your company can attend so you can network directly with our members.

All Supporting Associate companies are listed in our searchable Supporting Associate Directory which schools can use to find products and services of interest. Webinars are an excellent way for our schools to access valuable CPD and professional development, no matter where they are located in the world. We invite our Supporting Associates to submit proposals for our webinar programme based on their expertise in their area of business. Webinars can help you to strengthen your brand profile as an expert in your field.

Blogs*

Blogs are a very popular content marketing channel. These are an effective way to present case studies from schools you work with or to show your expertise in a particular area. We will work with you to ensure the content of your blog is on-message and we will promote your blog through our social media channels.

Social media

We find social media to be an effective way to reach member and non-member schools. All our Supporting Associates receive one social media post across all our channels per term. This can be used to share your news and engage with new contacts.

Newsletters

We regularly send newsletters to our members and non-members who are interested in our services. Our monthly newsletter is COBIS Connect, Headlines is our weekly update of educational news and we also send colleagues subject specific newsletters around Safeguarding, CPD, Student Engagement and Events and Supporting Associate activity based on their preferences.
