COBIS Development Plan
The COBIS Development Plan 2022-25 is a clear statement of purpose and expectations for membership. The plan sets out the services and activities on behalf of our members and associates, both schools and commercial organisations, that are led by the CEO and the COBIS team.
Consistent with the COBIS wish to be a listening organisation, the Development Plan is based upon open consultation with both members and the elected Board.
Like all good plans, the COBIS Development Plan is periodically reviewed and refreshed – a confident road map, with flexibility to respond to new opportunity or to changed circumstances.
