Data Processing
The data collected in this form will be shared with the Dubai College (competition partner) for the administration of the competition. COBIS and the Dubai College have a data sharing agreement in place to protect the transfer of this information. For more information on how COBIS processes data, please see the COBIS Privacy Policy. The full name, age, school name and entry of winners and runners-up will be published on the COBIS and Dubai College website and social media. This information may also be published and promoted at the COBIS Annual Conference in May 2026 and in other COBIS-related publications. By entering the competition, the teacher confirms that the necessary permissions have been sought from students and/or their parents to publish this information for such purposes. Evidence of such permissions may be requested by COBIS at any time. In line with the applicable Data Protection Laws, the data subject or legal guardian (if the data subject is under 18) may request the removal of their name at any time.
