Booking Form

Exhibitors are invited to join us at the 39th COBIS Annual Conference. The Annual Conference is attended by Heads, Principals, Governors, and members of Senior Management Teams from British International Schools around the globe. Each year the conference attracts delegates from COBIS Schools worldwide as well as representatives from non-member and aspiring member schools. Exhibiting at the COBIS Annual Conference provides an excellent opportunity to connect in person with senior leaders and key decision makers from British International Schools. Last year's conference was attended by c.750 delegates, exhibitors, speakers and guests.

Booking Process:

Exhibitor booking is now open for both Supporting Members and non-members. Please fill out the online booking form:


Once the booking form is submitted, companies will be invoiced for an initial deposit of £500 plus VAT. No stand will be allocated until the deposit has been paid.

Exhibition Charges:

Rates for COBIS Supporting Members

  • 3 metre stands - £1275.00 plus VAT
  • 2 metre stands - £1175.00 plus VAT

Rates for Non-Members

  • 3 metre stands - £1975.00 plus VAT
  • 2 metre stands - £1875.00 plus VAT

Please note that the 3 metre stands are now fully booked. A limited number of 2 metre stands are still available.
