Exhibitor Booking Form
Cost: £425 plus VAT for COBIS Supporting Members / £525 plus VAT for non-COBIS Supporting Members.
The exhibition fee includes access to the conference for two representatives, conference lunches, and refreshments at break times. It does not cover accommodation or transport costs. There will be an opportunity to purchase tickets for the Conference Dinner on 19 March 2020 (price TBC).
Cultural Day - 18 March 2020
Delegates and exhibitors will be invited to sign up for an optional cultural excursion on 18 March 2020, ahead of the start of the conference. Further details, including ticket prices, will be published shortly.
There are various opportunities for sponsorship including the Conference Dinner, Delegate Bags, Delegate Pack Inserts, etc. For more information, please contact email@example.com.
Please note, the conference will take place at an external venue near the host school. Details of the venue will be released in due course.
Hotel details will be circulated in due course. Please note, you are advised not to book any travel or accommodation until the conference has been confirmed.
Forms should be submitted no later than 5 February 2020. No refunds will be offered after this date. COBIS and the Host School reserve the right to cancel this event if insufficient bookings are received, or if travel to the host country becomes inadvisable. Participants are advised to take out suitable insurance. No travel or accommodation should be booked until the conference has been confirmed.
Payment and Data Protection
Invoices will be issued once the booking form has been received. Invoices need to be settled to confirm your booking. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Separate invoices will be issued for the exhibition fee and the optional cultural tour. Please note that no refunds will be made after 5 February 2020.
