Two of the Courses included in the COBIS / Educare online training programme are the 'Safer Recruitment' course and the 'Child Protection' course.

The courses are presented in bite-sized modules. The Safer Recruitment course takes participants through the recruitment process, including planning stages, person specifications, advertising, reference checking and background checks, and maintaining awareness and vigilance once the new recruit is a member of your organisation.The Child Protection course covers the fundamentals of safeguarding and protection for anyone who comes into contact with children and young people.
