COBIS recently surveyed supporting members in order to understand member satisfaction levels and which services supporting members would like COBIS to provide in the future.

Full details are available here and a brief summary of the headline figures is below.

Of those COBIS supporting members surveyed:

• Over 50% had heard about COBIS through a recommendation
• Over 60% felt that supporting membership represented good value for money
• 70% had generated new business from being COBIS supporting members
• Over 80% would recommend COBIS supporting membership to colleagues
  

COBIS is delighted to report such high levels of satisfaction from our valued supporting members. We would like to thank those members who completed our survey and we look forward to hearing more from our supporting members at the Supporting Member Development Forum at the Annual Conference in May. This valuable information is helping us to develop and shape future services.
