Booking the COBIS Meeting Room 

COBIS has two rooms that are available to members and non-members to book. The rooms hold up to 8 people and are available to rent for half a day, a full day and multiple days. 

The rooms can be booked for:

• £125 for half a day
• £250 for one day
• £225 (per day) for two days 
• £200 (per day) for three days or more. 

These costs include wifi, flipchart, notepads and pens, coffee, tea and water and are exclusive of VAT. 

Both rooms have natural light and overlook a private courtyard. 

Breakfast or lunch can be provided for £5.50 per person.
