COBIS Conference for PAs and Secretaries

Delegates are invited to register for the COBIS Conference for PAs and Secretaries which will be hosted by British School of Bucharest 25-26 February 2016. Staff from COBIS member and non-member schools are invited to attend this two-day event.

Delegates:

This two-day training and networking event will be of interest to colleagues from COBIS member and non-member schools including:

• PAs
• Secretaries
• Executive Assistants
• Other Admin Staff

Programme:

The programme will include a mixture of plenary sessions workshops and practical training sessions from leading PA Trainers Angela Garry and Karen Knowles. There will also be opportunities for discussion and networking. There will be sessions on Time Management, Teamwork and Personality Profiles and Project Management.

Timing:

This event will run from approximately 9am - 4.30pm on 25 February and 9am - 3pm on 26 February. There will be a conference dinner for all delegates on 25 February at the Caru' cu Bere in Bucharest.

Cost:

€325 for COBIS members
€425 for non-COBIS members

Delegate fee includes both days of the conference, Conference Dinner on Thursday evening, lunch and refreshments on both days, transport between the hotel and school on both days and all conference materials.

Booking process:

Please complete an online booking form by Friday 29 January 2016. 

Travel and accommodation:

Delegates are responsible for booking their own flights and accommodation.

British School of Bucharest have negotiated a preferential rate for delegates at the nearby Tecadra hotel (http://www.tecadra.ro). Please mention the COBIS Conference when making you reservation to secure rates of 60€ per night for a single room and 70€ per night for a double room.

Conference dinner:

There will also be a Conference Dinner at the Caru' cu Bere, a traditional Romanian restaurant in Bucharest, on the Thursday evening.

The Conference Dinner is included in the price of the delegate fee.

Payment and cancellation:

Invoices for delegate fees will be issued by British School of Bucharest. To cancel a booking, please notify Amy Carter. Please note, no refunds will be offered after 25 January 2016.
