Exhibitor Booking Opens Tuesday 8 December 2016

Dear Supporting Member,

This email is to give you advance notice that exhibitor booking for the 2016 COBIS Annual Conference will open at 10:30am on Tuesday 8 December 2015.

The COBIS Annual Conference is attended by Principals, Headteachers, Governors and Senior Managers from British International Schools worldwide as well as representatives from high-quality eduational companies and suppliers. The 2016 Annual Conference will include a full programme of high-profile speakers and seminar sessions including professional development sessions for exhibitors. There are also a number of social events, and exhibitors are encouraged to attend.

COBIS Supporting Members are given the opportunity to book exhibition stands at a discounted rate before general booking opens on Tuesday 15 December 2015. Please note that bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis. In recent years there has been a waiting list for the exibition and we would encourage our valued Supporting Members to book early to avoid disappointment. You will receive an email with a link to the online booking form when booking opens on Tuesday 8 December.

Please note, exhibition stand bookings will only be accepted if the 2015/16 COBIS Supporting Membership fee has been paid.

Supporting Members will also be sent an invitation to submit seminar proposals shortly.

Are You Ready to Book?

• Exhibitor bookings will be open for Supporting Members from 10:30 (GMT) on Tuesday 8 December 2015 (subject to availability, booking for non-Supporting Members will open on Tuesday 15 December 2015). We will send you another email with the live link at 10:30 (GMT) Tuesday 8 December 2015.
• Please complete the online booking form as soon as possible to access the best available stands.
• Exhibition stands will be released if invoices are not settled within 28 days. Invoices will be issued in January.
• For bookings submitted before Tuesday 15 December 2015, exhibition stands will be released if 2015/16 Supporting Membership fees have not been paid.
• Please note that if your organisation requires you to submit a PO (Purchase Order) number in order for an invoice to be raised, you must submit this on your booking form in the space provided. Please make sure you have this to hand when filling in your booking form.
