Dear COBIS Member,

Today, the DfE (UK Department of Education) announced the launch of its first revision of the standards and inspection arrangements for BSOs (British Schools Overseas).

Reflecting your voice, we want to ensure that revised standards are fit for purpose, that they remain relevant and that they represent the best interests of our growing international education sector. In addition, it’s important for us to hear your views on if the revised standards reflect and encompass the real world in which British overseas schools operate.

As you know, we maintain close, personal contact with leading officials at the DfE and know that our responses will be highly respected and valued.
