Please find information from the Department for Education DfE regarding advice for schools and childcare providers below:

STARTS:

In the UK, the Department for Education (DfE) has published departmental advice for schools and childcare providers on preventing children and young people from being drawn into terrorism. The duty commenced on 1 July 2015 and the advice can be viewed by clicking here.

The advice is intended to complement the statutory guidance and refers to other relevant guidance and advice, including the Channel guidance which is statutory guidance for partners of local panels.
