4 Day Middle Leaders Courses

COBIS, working in partnership with Karen Ardley Associates, will be providing accredited professional development for Primary and Secondary Middle Leaders. The four-day Middle Leaders' Course - Leading Learning from the Middle - will run in Greece, Norway, United Arab Emirates and United States in 2017.

• 4 -7 March 2017- St. Catherine's School Greece
• 16 -19 April 2017 - Dubai English Speaking College
• 18 -21 April 2017 International School of New York
• 26 - 29 May 2017 - British International School of Stavanger

Cost: £600 for COBIS Members / £695 for non-COBIS Members

Course objectives:

• To deepen middle managers' understanding of themselves and their leadership behaviours;
• To extend middle managers' knowledge and understanding about leadership;
• To develop leadership skills.
