COBIS Programme for Middle Leaders - 2016/17
There are a number of opportunities for colleagues to register for the COBIS Programme for Middle Leaders.
Colleagues are invited to join CPML cohorts in The Hague, Madrid, or Bucharest. The first face-to-face sessions for these cohorts will take place in October/November 2016.
Key points:
- A 1 year programme for ambitious middle leaders who wish to develop their personal and professional skills.
- A blended learning approach with facilitated workshops and self-directed learning, including five days of face-to-face training events.
- Participants develop their professional network with other COBIS colleagues
