"I like working for COBIS as I think it's important to do a job where you feel you are really making a difference. I know COBIS is making a difference because our schools tell us so. And if I'm going to spend as much time at work as I do, I think that's really important. I also like the flexible approach of COBIS and the friendly, family feel." Natalie Williams, Membership and Engagement Manager

“Where do I start? Why wouldn’t you join COBIS? Our ethos, goals, aspirations, and purpose solely focus on supporting British International Schools. So much thought and consideration go into every task we complete. We only want to offer THE BEST service to each and every member." Nicole Cosnett, Global Membership Administrator

A note from our CEO, Colin Bell

Something I am very proud of is the fact that many members tell us that, despite being a global organisation that supports over 450 schools and businesses around the world, we have never lost our 'family feel'. Our network can always expect a friendly, supportive and professional response to queries or concerns.  And that same sentiment extends to our talented Executive team. It is essential that our Executive team feel valued, heard, and are given opportunities to grow, develop and flourish.

COBIS is well known for its lively and vibrant culture. Our vision and purpose is unambiguous. We are here to help high-quality British international schools and students to thrive. This is clearly defined in our ambitious Strategic Development Plan. Like any good roadmap, our Strategic Plan and GPS signal is strong. We know where we are going and we know how we are going to get there. The education sector is filled with hard-working people who are passionate about education and improving the lives and prospects of students. This is exemplified by the strong character and commitment of our Executive Team and Board. We're driven to provide the best possible support and guidance to our member schools, and we're always willing to go the extra mile to help, support and advocate for our members, knowing that we're making a difference in the lives of students and school staff all around the world. If you're like-minded, and are driven by a passion for high-quality education and to providing the best life chances for children and people worldwide then COBIS might be the place for you!
