The COBIS Executive Committee is pleased to announce the appointment of Colin Bell as the new Executive Director of COBIS. Colin is currently Head of Development - International Schools for Eteach.com. Colin has extensive education leadership and strategic management experience in the UK and overseas and will succeed Fiona Rogers as COBIS Executive Director in August 2010.
